Return and Replacement Policy
At Wardrobe Edit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Free Replacement for Sizing Issues
- Eligibility: If the item does not fit, we offer one free replacement in a different size. To be eligible for a free size replacement, the request must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- Process: To initiate a size replacement, contact us at wardrobeedithelp@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We will arrange a free pickup of the original item. The replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost.
2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products
- Eligibility: If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, you can return it for a full refund or replacement. The request must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- Process: To initiate a return for a defective or incorrect product, contact us at wardrobeedithelp@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange a free pickup of the item.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: For size replacements and returns due to defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Replacement Shipping Costs: If the item is being replaced due to a sizing issue, the replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
