Return and Replacement Policy

At Wardrobe Edit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Products can be exchanged if you receive the wrong size or if there is a defect. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Conditions: Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size. Exchanges for different designs or products are not permitted. Clearance Sale Products are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
Free Exchange: If you receive the wrong size or a defective product, you are eligible for one free exchange.
Exchange Fee for Size Issues: Customers requesting size exchanges (not due to wrong size sent or defects) are responsible for the shipping cost:
Oversized T-shirts: Rs. 100
Hoodies: Rs. 150
One-Time Exchange: Each product is eligible for one exchange only. Subsequent exchanges for the same product will incur additional charges.
Size Verification: Please ensure the correct fit by referring to the size chart available on each product page. Exchanges for size issues will be processed based on this verification.
Process: To initiate an exchange, contact us at wardrobeedithelp@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will attempt one pickup. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will be required to send it back to our company address.
2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products
Eligibility: If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, you can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Process: Contact us at wardrobeedithelp@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange a pickup, subject to service availability in your area.
Clearance Sale Products: Clearance sale products are old stock and may have micro defects; hence, they are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
3. Refunds
Conditions: We do NOT have any return or refund policy except for defective or incorrect products.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The credit will be processed within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee (Rs. 100 for oversized t-shirts and Rs. 150 for hoodies) for size exchanges. Exchanges due to wrong size sent or defective products will be free of cost.
Pickup Attempts: Pickup will be attempted once. If unsuccessful, the customer must arrange to send the item to our address.
5. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped.
Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of service in your area pin code.
